Alexandra Morales is a foreign attorney, a graduate of the Central University of Venezuela, holding a degree equivalent to a Bachelor of Laws in Spain. She earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources from Nova Southeastern University (NSU), as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in American Law from Florida International University (FIU).
Throughout her professional career, she has been part of internationally recognized firms, including Deloitte & Touche, where she developed experience in labor and employment law. She later practiced at various law firms in the United States, establishing a practice focused on immigration law.
Her experience includes advising on and managing complex employment-based immigration processes, including Labor Certifications (PERM), National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, intracompany transfers for executives and managers (L-1A), as well as visas for individuals with extraordinary ability (EB-1A), among others.
